Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all products and are welcomed to be picked in person at our location. Pickups are available any date and time with prior 1 week notice.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
The USDA requires that puppies be 8 weeks of age prior to transport. Therefore delivery will be arranged and scheduled adhering to these requirements as promptly and conveniently as possible for the customer. Delivery arrangements will need to be discussed with the customer to insure satisfaction and clear communication.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
